Beyond Lines and Circles
Constructive geometry is a useful test of whether language models can reason about spatial relationships. In this first-author work, published in Findings of EMNLP 2024 with Henryk Michalewski and Mateusz Malinowski, we investigate the gap between fluent output and geometric problem solving.
The research explores dynamic prompting, spatial problem representation, and a multi-domain, multi-role agent framework. The paper contains the full methodology and evaluation; the repository contains datasets and evaluation code.
